*Camera fades in on a close-up of a woman's foot in a spiked heel, the camera pans up her leg, to the torso, and stops and studies on her face..... she removes her glasses, hangs up her white coat, walks over to a desk and picks up 2 folder files. She locks her eyes onto the camera and speaks*

Woman: Good evening..... not so much for some of you I guess. I am Sofawnda Cox.... DOCTOR! Sofawnda Cox

*tapping the files in her hand*

Dr. Cox: Orders, not those of Dan Williams, not listening to a judges orders, lands you in jail, not listening to a doctors orders, you end up dead, which is very much the case, and it's why I am here... On behalf of my colleague, Dr. Kratz and myself, I introduce you to our stable.... "Doctors Orders"

*Dr. Cox drops both file folders onto the desk and walks towards the door, she speaks, as the camera zooms onto the names on the folders*

Dr. Cox: I promise you all, it will NOT be pretty!

*the names on the folders focus from black fuzz, they say..... camera is fading to black..... folders say...... Mr. Psycho and Straight Jacket Steve Havoc...... camera faded to black as the office door is heard slamming shut*
